Delivery times start after your order ships and are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs or local postal delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If you need to make changes to your order (address, items, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to modify it.
Returns & Refunds
Unused, undamaged goods may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
