Manage daily operations: order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service. Experience with Shopify/Stripe/e-commerce platforms preferred.
Create compelling product stories, blog content, and social media campaigns. Native English + strong writing skills required.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners worldwide. 3+ years B2B sales experience in stationery or gift industry.
