Verified Purchases Only

We only accept reviews from customers who have purchased the product. This ensures all reviews reflect real buying experiences. Verified reviewers receive a "Verified Purchase" badge.

We Do Not Filter Reviews

We never delete, edit, or reorder reviews to make our products look better. Reviews of all ratings (including 1-star) are displayed in full, subject only to our content moderation rules below.

How Reviews Are Sorted

By default, reviews are ranked by a combination of:

• Helpfulness (as voted by other customers)
• Verified purchase status
• Recency (newer reviews rank higher)
• Whether photos are attached

You can also sort by Most Recent, Highest Rating, Lowest Rating, or With Photos.

Fraud Detection

To protect our customers, we use automated systems to detect fake, incentivized, or manipulated reviews. Suspicious reviews are flagged for manual review and may be rejected. We reserve the right to ban accounts that repeatedly attempt to submit fraudulent reviews.

What We Don't Allow

• Spam, advertising, or promotional links
• Personal contact information (email, phone, social media)
• Offensive language or hate speech
• Content unrelated to the product or purchase
• Duplicated content across multiple products

Seller Responses

We may publicly respond to reviews as sellers. Responses are labeled clearly and do not replace or alter the original customer review.
